Heard Ms. Ayangleima, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Issue notice returnable within four weeks.

Mr. Samarjit, learned GA acceptsnotice on behalf of the respondents.

Ms. Ayangleima, learned counsel for the petitioner submits thatthe petitioner will be satisfied for the time being if a direction is issued to therespondent authorities to consider the representation submitted by thepetitioner on 6[th]November, 2017.

The petitioner claims that she is in possession of certain landunder Dag Chitha located at the Imphal East Sub-Division Porompat Unit - B andthe name of the village as 25 – A Kabo Leikai Nongpok Sheet No. 3, 2003 underSl. No. 1 Dag No. 473 measuring an area of .06 acres and has prayed forregularizing occupation of the said land.

In view of the above, this Court without referring to the facts andsubmission made, dispose of this petition with the direction to the respondentauthorities to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 6[th]November, 2017 by issuing a speaking order.

The aforesaid exercise shall be undertaken by the respondentauthorities within a period of two months.

Petition stands disposed of with the above observation.
