ORDER
Counsel for the petitioner contends that a representation dated 9.1.2024(Annexure P-9) has been submitted by the petitioner before respondent No. 2regarding non-realization of payment towards the work executed by thepetitioner. Counsel contends that Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat,Lidhari District Narsinghpur be directed to take decision on petitioner'srepresentation.
2. Considering the aforesaid innocuous prayer the present petition standsdisposed of with a direction to Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat,Lidhari District Narsinghpur to take decision on petitioner's representation dated9.1.2024 (Annexure P-9) within a period of 30 days from the date of productionof certified copy of this order.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on themerit of the case and the respondent No. 2 in his own wisdom shall takedecision on petitioner's representation in accordance with law.
