F o r the reasons assigned in the application, which is supported byaffidavit of applicant Omprakash Shivhare, sufficient cause is made out forrestoration of M.A.No.3871 of 2023. Hence, the MCC is allowed. M.A.No.3871 of 2023 is restored to its original number with a direction thatdefect, if any, shall be cured by the applicant within one week from the date ofrestoration.
