ORDER
Today nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. On the earlier occasions i.e. 11.08.2023 and 12.10.2023 also, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
2. Repeated non-appearance of the petitioner is sufficient to show that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute this Misc. petition.
3. Accordingly, present Misc. petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
