This appeal has been filed under Section 374 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of thesole appellant.
Earlier, bailable warrant was issued against the appellant, but as per thereport received from the concerned police station Narsinghgadh, Rajgarh, thesole appellant has expired on 07.11.2023.
In view of the aforesaid report of the police and death of sole appellant,the appeal is dismissed as abated.
