ORDER
This is the first bail application filed by the applicant under Section 439of the Cr.P.C. for grant of bail relating to FIR No.760 of 2023 registered atPolice Station Karera, District Shivpuri (M.P.) for the offence under Sections354, 323, 342, 506 and 34 of IPC and later added Section 376 (D) of the IPC.
Learned counsel for the applicant seeks for and is granted permission towithdraw this first bail application with liberty to revive his prayer after filing ofcharge-sheet.
