From perusal of the record, it appears that on the last date of hearing i.e.03/01/2024, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner and today also, none appeared. Repeated non-appearance of the petitioner is sufficient to show thatthe petitioner is not interested to prosecute this petition.
