ORDER
This is the first application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of theCr.P.C. for grant of bail relating to FIR No. 302 of 2023 registered at PoliceStation Gormi, District Bhind (M.P.) for the offence under Sections 294, 323and 307 of IPC.
