This first application under Section 439 of Criminal Pro-cedure Code, 1973 has been filed by the applicant, who is im-plicated in connection with Crime No.134/2014 registered atPolice Station Suthaliya, District Rajgarh (MP) for offencepunishable under Sections 341, 394 and 394/34 of the IndianPenal Code, 1860.

After arguing for some time on the merits of the matter,learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave of this Court towithdraw the bail application.
