The Official Liquidator has filed his report for dissolution ofM/S Prakati Synthetics Ltd.

On this report being filed, the Court had, on an earlier occasion,directed that the accounts maintained by the Official Liquidator,be audited.

Official Liquidator Report No. 158 of 2017 has been filedannexing thereto the report of M/s R.C. Agarwal & Company,Panel Chartered Accountants.

It has been reported that upon audit, the realization anddisbursement account was found to be properly maintained, asrequired under the Companies Act and the Company CourtRules, 1959.

In view of the report aforesaid, M/S Prakati Synthetics Ltd. isordered to be dissolved and its name should be struck of fromthe Register of Companies, maintained by the Registrar ofCompanies, Kanpur.

Official Liquidator is directed to communicate to this order tothe R.O.C., Kanpur for necessary compliance.

OLR (Judicial) No. 158 of 2017 thus stands, allowed.
