ORDER
2. The present application has been filed for restoration of W.P
No.1257/2004, which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated04.01.2024.
3. Considering the averments made in the application, this Court finds thatsufficient cause is shown for restoration of the W.P No.1257/2004.Accordingly, MCC is allowed.
4. W.P No.1257/2004 is restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand Only) within a period of 7 workingdays payable to the State Legal Services Authority, Jabalpur.
5. The payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand Only) shall be acondition precedent for restoration of W.P No.1257/2004.
6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed off.
7. A copy of this order be kept in the file of W.P No.1257/2004.
