ORDER
1. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the application filed under Section 439 of the Code of CriminalProcedure, 1973 with liberty to revive the prayer after completion of fourmonths from today.
2. Prayer is allowed.
3. In view of above, M.Cr.C. No. 3559/2024 is dismissed as withdrawnwith aforesaid liberty.
4. However, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite and concludethe matter as per Section 35(2) of Protection of Children from Sexual OffencesAct, 2012 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certifiedcopy of this order.
5. Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned trialCourt for necessary compliance.
