ORDER
2. T h e present application has been filed for restoration of M.A.No.2483/2003, which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated19.01.2024.
3. Considering the averments made in the application, this Court finds thatsufficient cause is shown for restoration of the misc. appeal. Accordingly,MCC is allowed.
4. M.A. No.2483/2003 is restored to its original number subject to paymentof cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand Only) within a period of 7working days payable to the State Legal Services Authority, Jabalpur.
5. The payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand Only) shall be acondition precedent for restoration of M.A. No.2483/2003.
6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed off.
7. A copy of this order be kept in the file of M.A. No.2483/2003.
