The applicants are before this Court for a direction to initiatecontempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilfuldisobedience of the judgement and order dated 24.08.2007passed in Writ Petition No. 26156 of 2002 and the order dated19.07.2010 passed in Special Appeal No. 1293 of 2007.

From perusal of the record, it is clear that either the order of thiscourt has been complied with or the parties have lost theirinterest to proceed with the matter.

In the circumstances, it is needless to keep pending thiscontempt application.

Accordingly, the present contemptis dismissed with liberty tofile application for recall of this order within two months incase matter still survives if such an application is filed it neednot be accompanied by any affidavit.
