Order
No steps have been taken in terms of the order dated 20.09.2023 for service of notice on the respondents though respondents No.4 & 5 had appeared through learned counsel Mr. Arijit Bhaumik as recorded in the order dated 30.11.2023. It seems that the petitioner is not diligent in prosecuting this petition as even steps for service of notice have not been taken. Petition was instituted on 19.07.2023. In such circumstances, if no steps is taken for service of notice on the un-served respondents by 04.01.2024, the instant petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
