ORAL JUDGEMENT

1. MR. R.P. Mankad, leaned advocate for Mr. Mukul Sinha has placed on record the settlement arrived at between the workmen and the management. Same is kept on record. It is stated by Mr. Mankad that, in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties this petition is not to be proceeded further, and same be permitted to be withdrawn. This petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Interim relief stands vacated. Rule discharged. No cost.

2. In view of the order passed in Special Civil Application, civil application No. 12174 of 2001 does not survive and the same is dismissed as not surviving.
