Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. In compliance to the order dated 10.09.2024, a compromise petition jointly filed by both the parties is placed before this Court today and the same is taken on record. In terms of the said compromise agreement dated 11.09.2024, the present F.A. is closed. Personal appearance of the parties is hereby dispensed with.
Registry is directed to do the needful in terms of the said compromise agreement jointly filed by the parties.
In view of the above, the present appeal stands closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall also stand closed.
