The present petition has been filed under Section 482Cr.P.C. for grant of protection on the plea that the petitioners hadcontracted marriage as per Muslim Rites on 30.12.2014 at ImamMosque at Pinjore, District Panchkula. Petitioner No.1] has alsomoved an application/representation to the Senior Superintendent ofPolice, Bhiwani dated 30.12.2014 (Annexure P-6) for grant ofadequate protection from her parents and other relatives.
The present petition is disposed of with a direction torespondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani toconsider the application/representation dated 30.12.2014 (Annexure Cri. Misc. No.M-44574 of 2014 (O&M)
P-6) of petitioner No.| independently taking into consideration thefacts of the case.
A copy of this order along with copy of representation/application (Annexure P-6) be communicated torespondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani. |
