In this petition filed in the year 2000, the petitioner challengedthe memo dated 13.6.2000 vide which it has been debarred from tenderingunder the Central Public Works Department for a period of 18 months fromthe date of issuance of the said letter. The petition was admitted but thestay was specifically refused on 10.2.2001. Now the period of 18 months isalready over, therefore, this petition is rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.
