Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties.

The petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:

"i. To issue Writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 15.10.2016 passed by opposite party no 3 contained as Annexure No.2 to the Writ Petition.

ii. To issue Writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus there by directing to the opposite parties to include the name of petitioner in the list of regularization on the post of "Mali" as he is working under the opposite parties since the year 1988 and regularize the same.

iii. To issue Writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus there by directing the opposite parties to provide minimum pay scale to the petitioner as he is working on the post of "Mali" class ivth employee under the opposite parties since the year 1988. ......"

Application For Withdrawal of Writ Petition has been filed. For reasons indicated in the affidavit filed in support of application, the petition is therefore dismissed as not pressed.
