Review Application No. 336316 of 2016 in Writ C No.76400 of2005 seeks review of the order dated 30.9.2016 passed byHon'ble Sudhir Agarwal, J. and Shamsher Bahadur Singh, J.This matter has been placed along with bunch cases of whichleading petition is Writ C No.4986 of 2005.

Sri W.H. Khan, learned counsel for petitioner has informed theCourt that this matter would have to be separated from thebunch because the bunch matters have been placed before thisBench pursuant to order of remand passed by the Apex Courtwhereas this matter did not travel to the Apex Court and,therefore, this will have to be dealt with separately.

We have perused the record. A perusal of the record wouldreveal Writ C No.76400 of 2005 was decided separately videorder dated 30.9.2016. The petitioners have filed a reviewapplication, which is still pending.

In view of above, let the review application be listed beforeappropriate Bench and it should not be treated as part of thebunch lead by Writ C No.4986 of 2005.
