Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the amount ofuser charges @ 95/- per month upto 31.12.2015 has already beendeposited in the Court of Mr. Rajender Kumar, Rent Controller,Central District.Necessary particulars be furnished to the learnedcounsel for the respondent, so as to enable him to withdraw thatamount. Learned Rent Controller is also directed to release the sameto the respondent as and when the application in this regard is made.

So far as the user charges upto 31.12.2016 are concerned,learned counsel for the petitioner has assured that same shall be paidin advance within a period of one week directly to the counsel for therespondent by way of bank draft drawn in the name of the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also assured that all theoutstanding electricity and water charges have already been paid tothe service provider. Proof of the same shall be duly communicatedalong with documents to the respondent and so far as future paymentsare concerned, same shall also be intimated at the time of vacation ofthe premises.

With these observations, application stands disposed of.
