Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :
“(a) Admit this petition
(b) Issue notice upon the Respondents.
(c) Call for the case diary and medical reports from the
I.O. of this Case.
AND
After hearing the parties be pleased to grant the pre-arrest bail to the petitioner for fair ends of justice.
AND
To pass any other order or orders as Your Lordship may deem fit and proper”.
The investigating officer namely, Ms. Sampa Das, W/SI of Kailashahar Women P.S is present in court along with some records. There is a dying declaration in which name of the accused stands mentioned.
After the matter was heard for some time, Shri Arijit Bhowmik, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application.
As such, application stands disposed of as having been withdrawn.
