When the case is called for consideration, it is represented by the counsel for the respondents that the order dated 05.03.2024 passed in WA 230 of 2022 has been complied with and nothing survives for adjudication.
Moreover, the contemnors (Shri Brijesh Pandey, IAS, Secretary, Department of Revenue, Govt. of Tripura and Mr. Dr. Vishal Kumar, IAS, District Magistrate and Collector, West Tripura) are present before this court today and their presence in this case in future is hereby dispensed with.
In view of the above submission, the instant contempt case stands closed.
