Date for execution of the Conveyance Deed before the Sub-Registrar,Vikas Sadan, New Delhi is fixed for 28[th]September, 2015. Learned counselfor defendant nos.2, 3 and 4 submits that these defendants would appearbefore the Sub-Registrar in person or through their Attorney for theexecution of the Conveyance Deed on the said date. As regards, Ms. TheresaLouis Kaula is concerned, if she does not appear before the Sub-Registrar’soffice, the Receiver will be entitled to represent her and execute theConveyance Deed on her behalf.

This application is disposed of with the above direction with liberty to the Receiver to move application, if any other directions are required for execution of Sale Deed in terms of the order of the Division Bench.
