The allegations made in the application are highly improper and totally uncalled for.This Court does not appreciate allegations of such nature being made in an application forearly hearing. Therefore, I dismissed this application both for early hearing and fortransferring the case from the Bench of Hon’ble Mr. Justice U. B. Saha to any other Court.The matter (W.P(C) No. 318 of 2009) is listed before the said Judge on 16[th] January, 2015and shall be heard by him. The CM application is disposed of.
