Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, contends thatpresently, the persons mentioned in para 5 as detenues are illegally detainedby respondent Nos. 4 to 6 at Village Papda, District Hisar and detenuesNo.5 to 12 at brick kiln, Kanrol, District Hisar.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the DeputyCommissioner, Hisar to take action immediately on a representation filedby the petitioner to trace the detenues mentioned hereinabove and afterinquiry, if they are found to be bonded labour, action should be taken inaccordance with the provisions of The Bonded Labour System (Abolition)Act,1976.
