By the order dated 28.10.2015, this suit for partition was disposed ofwith liberty to revive the suit after testamentary case with respect to the Willdated 1.12.1999 of late Sh.Harkishan Lal is decided.An appeal waspending against the judgement passed in the testamentary case and whichappeal is still pending, and therefore, at this stage there does not arise issueof revival of the suit inasmuch as the fate of the suit will depend upon thefate of the testamentary case. I.A stands disposed of.
