I.A. No. 363 of 2006 has been filed to substitute the heirs of respondent no. 3, who died on 22.10.2005

leaving behind four sons who have been described at paragraph 1 of this application.

The office is directed to expunge the name of respondent no. 3 and substitute that the names of heirs of respondent no. 3.

Issue notice to the heirs of respondent no. 3 both by ordinary process and under registered post, requisites and other requisites for which must be filed within a period of two weeks from today, failing which this application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.
