Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was detained under Detention order No. 62/DMP/PSA/21dated 16.12.2021 and the same was executed on 17.12.2022. The maximum period of detention is one year, which has already expired.

In view of the submission made by learned appearing counsel for the petitioner, this petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissedas having been rendered infructuous.
