Office has pointed out a typographical error in the judgment wherein in place of Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 553 of 1989 it has been typed as Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 589 of 1989.
Typographical error stands corrected and it shall be deemed that the judgment has been passed on 26.7.2011 in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 553 of 1989.
