Let it be read as “GOVT. APP. (SJ) NO. 14 OF 1994, The State of Bihar Versus Ajarnath Mukhiya and Ors” in place of “CR. APP (SJ) 14 OF 1994, Singheshwar Yadav Versus The State Of Bihar”.
