Counsel for the respondents states that this case is squarelycovered by a decision of this Court in C.W.P. No. 12318 of 1989 decidedon 30.6.2012, whereby directions were given to the respondents that norecovery shall be made from the petitioner pursuance to order dated1.9.1989 (Annexure P-6) passed by State of Punjab.

In view of the statement of counsel for the respondents, thispetition being a covered case is decided in terms of the order dated30.6.2012 in CWP No. 12318 of 1989.
