====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHAORAL ORDER

This case has been brought under the heading ‘to be mentioned’ at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, who has pointed out certain typographical error in the order dated 29.11.2013, namely, in the 3[rd] line from the top at page-2 where the same ought to have been 20.10.2001 instead of 20.10.2011 as also at page-4 in the last and also 8[th] line from the bottom where 23.3.2013 has been typed in place of 23.12.2011.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seems to be correct and therefore, the aforementioned typographical error in the dates in the 3[rd] line from the top at page-2 shall be read as ‘20.10.2001’ instead of ’20.10.2011’ as also at page-4 in the last and 8[th] line from the bottom at page-4 shall be read as ‘23.12.2011’ instead of ’23.3.2013’.
