That application has not been taken up for consideration till date. We are also informed by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the matter is now listed on Monday i.e. 01.01.2018.
We are disposing of this writ petition with a direction that the interim application be taken up for consideration on that day and pass appropriate order within a reasonable period of time.
