In the meanwhile, Land Tribunal has already been constituted under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. Since the Tribunal has been constituted primarily for deciding such issue, in that view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that this matter can be directed to be transferred to the aforesaid Tribunal.
Accordingly, in view of provision contained in Section 15 of the Act, this Court directs the Registry of the Court to transfer the record of the case to the aforesaid Tribunal forthwith.
