The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by the order, 10.07.2012, the provisional bail of the petitioner got confirmed, but, due to inadvertence and typographical mistake in stead of 22.12.2011, 22.12.2012 has wrongly been mentioned.

Let it may be read as 22.12.2011 and the bail is granted to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 94 of 2011.

The order, dated 10.07.2012, is modified to the extents indicated above.

Let this order be sent through fax to the Court concerned at the costs of the petitioner, if deposited.
