1. The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the official respondents to allow the petitioner to graze their live-stock in compartment No. 30, Farnal Nala of Tehsil Kharah, District Jammu with further direction to the Grazing Committee to consider regularization of grazing rights in favour of the petitioner in the abovementioned compartment. The petitioner further claims to have moved a representation with the respondents. The petitioner has further relied upon the order dated 10.11.2023 passed in WP(C) No. 2833/2023.

2. In view of this, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present petition at this stage only by directing the official respondents to consider the representation stated to have been filed by the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law and if the petitioner was already exercising his grazing rights in compartment No. 30, Farnal Nala of Tehsil Kharah, District Jammu, the petitioner shall not be disturbed till the representation is decided by the official respondents. The respondents shall decide the representation within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is made available to the respondents.

3. However, it is made clear the petitioner shall not make any encroachment in the compartment mentioned above.
