1. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would feel satisfied, in case, respondent No. 2-Deputy Commissioner, Poonch is asked to direct the respondent No. 4-Tehsildar, Mendhar to pass an appropriate order in pursuance to the order No. DCP/SQ/2022-23/2021-23 dated 27.03.2023 issued by the respondent No. 2, as the respondent No. 4 is not passing any order.

4. With the consent of the parties, at this stage, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 4 to comply the said order issued by the respondent No. 2 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
5. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present petition stands disposed of alongwith connected application.
