In terms of the Hon’ble Court order dated 16.12.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to ensure compliance of Hon’ble Court order dated 30.10.2023, by virtue of which notice was to be issued to the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner in terms of the order dated 16.12.2023 was directed to file postal covers within five working days. It has been further directed by the Hon’ble Court that if the said order is not complied, the petition shall be dismissed without reference to the bench/board.
