ORAL JUDGEMENT
(Per : MR.JUSTICE R.K.ABICHANDANI)
The grievance of the petitioners was that they were being paid fixed salary of Rs.325/- per month instead of a regular pay scale for the post for which they were working. It is now pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for both the sides that during pendency of the petition, Resolution dated 1st April, 1987 has been passed, as per para-3 of which the teachers were given the pay scale of Rs.290-560 and therefore, the grievance of the petitioners does not survive. Copy of the resolution is taken on record. In this view of the matter, the petition is rejected as it does not survive.
