By the said order their Lordships have been pleased to issue notice to the respondents to show cause why Special Leave be not granted to the petitioner. Their Lordships have also been pleased to stay the amount of maintenance directed to be paid an excess of Rs. 500/- per month with retrospective effect i.e. from 13.3.1992 to 24.9.2001
