This contempt application arises out of C.W.J.C.No.

8156 of 2000 disposed of on 25.5.2007.There being no compliance of the order of this Court, this application for initiating contempt against the respondents was filed on 30.11.2007 i.e. after almost six months. Now, a show cause is being filed in which it is stated that an L.P.A. has been filed being L.P.A No. 361 of 2008.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this L.P.A. has been filed long after the contempt application was filed and is only to overcome the contempt that has been submitted as in same matter L.P.A. and appeal to the Apex Court have already been dismissed.

In any view of the matter as L.P.A. has been filed, put up this matter after any positive order is passed in the said L.P.A. Parties to mention.
