Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the Scheme for Rehbar-e-Taleem earlier notified by the Government for the appointment of Rehbar-e-Taleem has been withdrawn vide order No. 919-Edu of 2018 dated 16.11.2018, he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh one impugning the aforesaid Government Order.
