Through the medium of instant petition, the petitioners are seeking a direction upon the respondents restraining them from causing any interference in executing and undertaking minor repairs by way of fitting/fixing of Aluminum Composite Paneling (ACP) toughened Glass, electrical and other allied interior works in the Workshop cum Showroom being run under the name and style of M/s Shuhul Automobile Pvt. Ltd at Phuroo Chowk, Nowgam.
Vide interim order dated .4.11.2015, the respondents were directed not to interfere with the effecting of repairs by the petitioners. The order is still in operation and more than eight years have passed since the passing of the said order. During this period, the petitioners might have effected the necessary repairs.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, on last date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners was directed to have instructions in the matter. Today none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Keeping in view the nature of the issue involved in this petition, it appears the petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting this petition. The petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
