ORAL JUDGEMENT

In this revision application, on 26th June, 1986, notice had been issued to the respondents and ad-interim relief in terms of Para-8 of petition had been granted. This interim relief granted by this Court continues till this date. Para-8 of the C.R.A., reads as under: 8. During the pendency and final disposal of this Civil Revision Application, the applicants pray that Your Lordships may be pleased to restrain opponent No.1 from making any final documents of sale, gift, mortgage in favour of opponent No.2 to 4 and also to direct them not to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment and management of the suit property by the applicants.

This revision application arises from the suit of the year 1984 and there is all the possibility that by now the suit itself would have been disposed of but difficulty is that the counsel for the petitioners is not present and the counsel for the respondents is also unable to give out any affirmative information regarding the suit to the court.

So the interest of justice will be served in case this revision application is disposed of in the terms that the interim relief which has been granted by this Court on 26th June, 1986 and which continues till this that the interim relief which has been granted by this Court on 26th June, 1986 and which continues till this date, shall continue till the decision of the suit. Learned trial court is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. The civil revision application and rule stand disposed of accordingly.
