There is delay of 60 days in filing the acquittal appeal.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.

Crl LP(D) No. 41/2022
The present application has been filed by the applicant seeking leave of this Court to file an acquittal appeal against the judgment dated 18.8.2022 passed by the learned Principal and Sessions Judge, Udhampur in case titled, State vs Dheeraj Bandral, whereby the respondent has been acquitted of the charges for commission of offences under sections 376, 384, 403, 506 and 420 RPC.
We have gone through the judgment and it is required to be examined as to whether the opinion formed by the learned trial court is justified in view of the evidence led by the prosecution.
In view of the above, the applicant is granted leave to file the appeal against the aforesaid judgment.
Application stands disposed of.
