Steps for effecting service upon the respondent No. 7 have not been taken. Nobody has been appearing in this case for quite some time. Today, also none has appeared for the petitioner. Seemingly, the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting his case.
In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
