Let it be read as “GOVT. APP. (SJ) NO. 14 OF 1994, The State of Bihar Versus Ajar Nath Mukhiya and Ors” in place of “Cr. REV. No. 14 of 1994, Smt. Rajkumari Devi Versus State of Bihar and Ors.
