In the meantime, a requisition for certified copy of the said order has been filed by an Advocate, Mr. Navin Kumar.

The true copy of the order no. 2 dated 12.12.2007 is available on record, which is at flag ‘X’. The same has been certified by the concerned P.A. dated 13.12.2007

Under the facts and circumstances, the order no.2 dated 12..12.2007 passed in Criminal Revision No. 1509 of 2007 by Hon’ble Mr. Justice M.Saran is directed to be reconstructed on the basis of true copy done by the concerned P.A. dated 13.12.2007. Order accordingly.
